3. Account Registration and Verification

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on the zwin7 platform. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same name, contact number, device, or payment method — constitutes a violation of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension. During account registration, you agree to provide the following accurate information:

• Full legal name as it appears on your national identity document.
• Valid mobile number linked to your bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account.
• Date of birth confirming you are 21 years of age or older.
• A valid email address for account correspondence and security notifications.

4. Deposits and Payment Methods

zwin7 supports a range of trusted payment methods widely used across Bangladesh. All financial transactions on the platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200, and the maximum deposit may vary based on your account tier and verification status. 5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, subject to identity verification. To initiate a withdrawal, your account must be fully verified. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Processing times are typically within 24 hours, though in some cases may take up to 72 hours depending on the volume of requests. The following conditions apply to all withdrawals:

• Bonus funds must meet the applicable wagering requirement (rollover) before any withdrawal can be made.
• Withdrawals may be subject to routine KYC checks. You may be asked to submit a copy of your NID card.
• zwin7 reserves the right to delay any withdrawal where fraud or suspicious activity is suspected.

6. Bonus and Promotions Policy

Attempting to exploit bonuses through techniques such as matched betting, arbitrage wagering, placing opposing bets on the same market, or using multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. zwin7 reserves the right to void winnings and close accounts where bonus abuse is detected. All bonus disputes must be raised within 30 days of the promotion end date.

7. Betting Rules and Sports

• Bets are final and non-cancellable once confirmed, except where a market is declared void due to event cancellation or abandonment.
• In the event of a technical failure during a live bet, zwin7 will determine the fair settlement based on available data at the time of the failure.
• Maximum bet limits and odds are subject to change without prior notice and may vary by market, sport, and event.
